My own coach had the opportunity to do a group workout with Autumn Calabrese at Leadership in September of this year! The one thing that she truly loved about the workout was the modifications.
They had great modifications that a beginner could truly do. If you are more advanced then you followed the instructor.
It was positive, uplifting, engaging and I got a great workout!

Each workout is approximately 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week for 21 days.....
